Are your products really handmade?
Yes, absolutely. Every piece is made by hand by skilled artisans based in Noida, India. Because of this, there may be slight variations in texture, finish or tone from the photos — this is not a defect but a mark of genuine handcraft. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Are the product photos real or edited?
Every image on our website is photographed by us — no AI, no filters, no artificial editing. What you see is an honest, true-to-life representation of what arrives at your door.
Can I place a custom or bulk order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure Razorpay checkout.
Are the prices on the website the final prices?
Yes. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden charges. Shipping costs, if any, will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.
How long does delivery take?
We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery across India usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside India?

Why did my order arrive in a different brand's box?
You may notice your order arrives in a box from another brand — that's completely intentional. Rather than buying new packaging every time, we reuse and recycle whatever we have on hand. It's our small way of reducing waste, one order at a time. What's inside is always made with care — and so is how we send it.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We pack every order with great care, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clairemartinstudios@gmail.com or whatsapp us with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will replace or refund — no questions asked.
