Refund policy

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • It is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number, receipt, etc.).

Please note:

  • Customized or sale items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at studiosclairemartin@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +91 9654466369 with images and order details within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or to your UPI/bank account.
