Claire Martin Studios is a home decor brand based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. All products sold through our website or official platforms are handcrafted and designed to bring charm and character to your space.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in color, grain, and finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Claire Martin Studios reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a full refund if payment was already made.

4. Pricing

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned. Shipping costs may be additional, as indicated during checkout.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed terms. Briefly:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, in original condition and packaging, with valid proof of purchase.

  • Customized and sale items are non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are processed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, notified within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued upon approval after inspection of the returned product. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. COD refunds will be processed via store credit or UPI/bank transfer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on our platform are the property of Claire Martin Studios and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Claire Martin Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of our site or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
